Our music video will be based outside and we therefore did not have
to gain permission to film in an open area park, however we conjured
the idea of a cafe scene and as this is in somoeone else's property we
need to gain permission before filming footage inside.
We found a cute little cafe near Richmond Park that suited our girly vintage theme, so I sent them an email in a bid to gain filming permission.
I located their website and contacted them via email, here is what I sent...
