Labrinth- Let The Sun Shine

Labrinth is featured throughout the video, he has five costume changes and each one appears to be smart and he looks well dressed. He changes from a suit, a smart jumper, a black shirt to a slightly different suit. His costume makes him look quite powerful and comfortable in his appearance. The female seen in the video is definitely proving Laura Mulvey's male gaze theory, she is wearing a revealing costumes which would interest a male audience.
The change in location suits the song well. One location features bright lights and involved loads of special effects which creates a fun 'party' feel. The other location matches the lyrics as it is weather based. His use of sunglasses also matches the lyrics. The video has created a summery and upbeat feel,which matches the song and genre (pop).
